Each class focuses on essential techniques you can actually use at home—from bold flavor bases and comforting stews to fresh sauces and our signature empanadas. Join for a single class or commit to the full series and save.

Foundations of Flavor: Sofrito & Puerto Rican Rice

Get hands-on in this fun, interactive cooking experience where guests learn how to create delicious homemade empanadas from scratch! From filling and folding to baking and enjoying, this class is beginner-friendly, group-friendly, and full of flavor.
